Innovation Rooted in Humanity is a multi-module interactive professional learning experience designed to support educators and leaders as they reimagine what is possible for our schools, classrooms, and students. Together we will explore how care, whole child/whole educator well-being, instructional practices that center joy, the use of AI to personalize learning as a problem of practice, and Tactical Leadership converge to create learning environments that are both future-ready and deeply human. At the heart of this experience is the instructional anchor of Joy-Filled Learning—woven throughout every session as the essential practice that brings belonging, curiosity, reflection, agency, and authentic meaning into daily learning. Each session highlights a different anchor for transformation: the compass of Powerful Student Care, the lens of the Whole Child/Whole Educator, the role of AI in personalizing learning through problems of practice, and the framework of Tactical Leadership. Together, these elements remind us that innovation in education is only meaningful when it is firmly rooted in humanity.
